Payment
To confirm your order and initiate the fulfillment process, we accept an upfront payment. The payment amount varies depending on the cabin you wish to reserve:
- When purchasing a custom-designed house, you pay a 30% deposit.
- When purchasing a standard cabin, you pay a 10% deposit.
After ordering the cabin and paying the deposit, the following payment will be required before delivering the cabin to the location you specified. Before we deliver the cabin, you will need to pay the remaining amount for the cabin and any additional requested materials. The payment amount depends on the deposit already paid:
- When purchasing a custom-designed house, you pay the remaining 70% of the invoice amount.
- When purchasing a standard cabin, you pay the remaining 90% of the invoice amount.
Payment must be made by bank transfer and received no later than 1 day before the agreed transport date.
Secure Payment Options
- You will receive a confirmation email with clear instructions and payment details to follow.
- Payment can be made online or at your bank branch. Don't forget to indicate your order number when making the payment.
- Your order will be validated upon receipt of the deposit or full payment.
Refunds
- You can cancel your order before or within 14 days after delivery. You will be refunded the deposit or the full order amount (depending on the amount paid), excluding shipping costs.
- Please note that the deposit payment made for custom products is non-refundable.

Delivery Time
- Stock Products: 2 to 6 weeks.
- Products not in stock: 6 to 12 weeks.
- Custom Projects: 12 to 16 weeks.
- Important: The delivery time may vary depending on the season, so it's best to check with our sales team.
Organizing Delivery
- We will arrange a delivery date once we have received the final payment.
- Our carrier will contact you between 2 and 7 days before delivery to confirm the date.
- Your product will be delivered to the location you specify. If it is too difficult to access, we will indicate the nearest delivery location.
Unloading the Cabin
Unloading with a crane truck is not included in the transport price. Select this service if you want us to handle it, or you can arrange it yourself.
Difficult Access Locations
- We can deliver your order to difficult access locations. To better assess the complexity of the delivery, send us photos and/or videos and a location on Google Maps.
- Shipments to islands may have an additional cost borne by you. Please contact our sales team before placing your order if you want it delivered to the Canary or Balearic Islands.
- In case of a difficult access delivery, there might be additional expenses.
Warranty
- 5 years warranty for all products.
- 2 years warranty for windows, doors, and all accessories, unless the manufacturer specifies a longer warranty period.
Warranty Conditions
Our warranty will not apply if:
- The base used for assembly was not suitable: all constructions must be assembled on a solid and level base adhering to the precise unique measurements of each cabin.
- The customer or a third-party assembly service did not assemble the product according to the assembly instructions provided with the purchase.
- Since delivery, the product has been modified or altered in the slightest.
- An approved cut treatment has not been applied to any wood immediately after handling it (cutting, drilling, or boring).
- The product has not been treated after assembly (both inside and outside) and has not been coated once a year (both inside and outside) with a preservative or oil-based paint with a coverage of 80-120 microns.
- Once assembly was finished, the construction has been at some point in close contact with any plant, tree, or external wall. In this case, moisture can penetrate the wood and damage it.
- The product was not originally purchased by the claimant.
- The asphalt felt or siding has deteriorated or been improperly installed, allowing moisture to enter and accumulate.
- The product was not assembled within two months following the delivery date.
- The product was not stored in a dry place until assembly.
- The hinges were not adjusted when the doors or windows expanded/contracted due to the natural characteristics of wood.
- The product was poorly ventilated: humidity levels indoors cannot exceed 50%.
- There is a force majeure (e.g., a flood, a storm, or a fire).
Please note that wood is a natural product and may experience changes, such as movements, deformations, cracks, and splits, especially under severe weather conditions. However, this will not affect the product's solidity, so this natural occurrence is not covered by the warranty.
Returns
Before the product is delivered:
If you change your mind at any time after placing your order for one or more of our standard products, you can terminate the contract with us and receive a refund of your payment.
After the product is delivered:
You have 14 days from receiving the product to return it and receive a refund (excluding shipping costs).
Refunds and returns can be made in the following cases:
- If you have ordered a standard product.
- If significant changes have been made to the product or its price after the order.
- If the product is defective and misrepresented.
- If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product under the General Consumer Protection Law.
In any of these cases, if you wish to initiate the return process, please contact us by email and send us a copy of the invoice.
Returns of Custom Products
Important! Please note that, in the case of custom or modified products, you will not be able to benefit from the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the product and receiving a refund. The 30% payment already made will not be refunded if the product has already been manufactured or has started to be manufactured.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer wishing to return the purchased product(s) and receive a refund is responsible for arranging the return transport to the warehouse. If you want us to arrange the return transport of the product, the cost will be equal to double the initial shipping costs.
- If the product is returned without a valid reason, the customer is responsible for covering the initial delivery costs (if delivery was not free). Shipping costs will be excluded from the refund amount.
Conditions for Obtaining a Refund
- No more than 14 days have passed since the product or products were delivered.
- The product must be returned in good condition, unassembled, in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Upon receipt of your product return, we will carefully inspect and evaluate it.
- You must ensure that the returned product or products are properly packed to prevent any damage or loss of parts during transport.
Receiving the Refund
- If the package is returned in good condition, we will refund you the full price you paid for the product or products.
- The refund will be made by the method you used to make the payment, unless otherwise agreed between both parties.
- The refund will be made within 14 days from the day we receive or collect the product or, if earlier, the day you provide us with proof that you returned the product.
- If the order was canceled before delivery, the refund will be made within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
Assembly Service
If you have decided to build your cabin yourself, Sodocasa will provide you with all the technical drawings of your cabin to assist you in its construction. All our products are labeled so that you can do the construction work yourself more easily.
Before deciding to build a cabin yourself, consider the following questions:
- Do you have enough experience in building wooden structures?
- Do you have the right tools?
- Do you have fastening means (nails, screws, wood screws, plates, etc.)?
- Are you ready to perform manual labor involving direct lifting of weights?
When deciding to build a cabin yourself, it is important to know that the manufacturer's warranty will be valid until the end of the cabin construction (as the overall durability of the structure depends directly on the quality of the construction work).
If you have decided to save time and effort in building the purchased wooden structure and request the construction services of "Sodocasa.es", you will be provided with the following standard services:
- Unloading, receiving, and checking the cabin package.
- Construction work with our own equipment, including all external and internal walls of the cabin, according to plans and design drawings.
- Installation of windows, exterior and interior doors.
- Installation of shutters (if included in the project).
- Installation of roof coverings (purchased at Sodo©).
- All installation accessories (nails, screws, wood screws, plates, etc.).
- Training on how to adjust windows, doors, and columns.
Assembly Price
The price depends on the model: some are more complex than others, requiring more parts or more wood for construction. Our sales manager will provide you with the assembly cost when you contact us.
Service Provider
The professionals providing the service are our external partners with whom we have been working for years. They have earned our trust, and we wholeheartedly recommend their services. Additionally, the assembly service offers a 2-year warranty.
Assembly Time
Assembly usually takes between 1 and 3 days for small and medium-sized structures (up to 25 m²), and up to a few weeks for larger structures. Each case is different, and assembly time may vary depending on factors such as product complexity, purchased accessories, etc.
Preparing for Assembly
- You must choose a day when you can be present.
- Ensure there is access to water, electricity, and bathrooms.
- A model over 4 m requires scaffolding, and one may also be required according to local regulations.
- Materials cannot be placed more than 15 m from the building's foundations.
